The Building Movement Project report, “Black women in the nonprofit sector,” highlights the experiences of Black women working in nonprofits in the US and offers practical solutions to make the sector more supportive. Many of the findings speak to what ONN found in our 2018 Women’s Voices report: discrimination based on gender and race, racialized glass ceiling, and an exacberated gender wage gap.
