LAVA 2008 AGM and Professional Development Workshop
The 2008 LAVA AGM and Professional Development Workhsop will be held Tuesday June 17 at Bellemere Winery and Event Centre, 1260 Gainsborough Road, London. The AGM will take place at the beginning of the program and be followed by "The Best of Behavioural Based Interviewing Techniques" lead by Michelle Chambers.

Michelle Chambers
Michelle Chambers is principle of Chambers and Associates, an organization development firm which collaborates with their clients to inspire and improve individual and organizational effectiveness in the areas of leadership development; strategic planning; team development, process facilitation and change management. Michelle holds degrees in psychology, business and a Masters in Education. Michelle also holds the designation of “Certified Human Resources Practitioner” (CHRP) and Certified Training and Development Practitioner.
Michelle brings over 18 years of senior management, consulting and training expertise from non profit, healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing sectors including some of Canada’s top 50 employers. Michelle has also taught for
